Introduction

Hi fellow tech enthusiasts, my name is Dev Bilaspure and I am thrilled to be working as a full stack developer intern at Thinkgrid Labs. I am excited to share my journey and experiences with you all!

Work Experience

As a full stack developer intern at Thinkgrid Labs, I have had the opportunity to work on some exciting real-world projects over the past three months. From participating in product building discussions to attending client meetings and engaging in system design discussions, my experience has been both insightful and fulfilling. Another aspect of my internship at Thinkgrid Labs that I found particularly interesting was the collaboration between the UX/UI designer and engineering team. As a full stack developer, I had the opportunity to work closely with the UX/UI team and witnessed how they collaborated with the engineering team to create a seamless user experience.

Collaboration and Learning

In addition to the technical aspects of my internship, I appreciated the soft skills development opportunities as well. Through one-on-one meetings with the director of engineering and team leads, which have been an excellent opportunity for me to receive feedback and guidance.

Furthermore, the “Engineering Learning Lab” sessions provided a unique opportunity for members of the team to share their knowledge and teach each other something new they have learnt. I also found the brainstorming sessions on building our own product to be particularly valuable, as they allowed me to contribute ideas and think creatively alongside my colleagues.

Conclusion

Finally, I am grateful for the support provided by the whole Thinkgrid Team in helping me to manage my university workload alongside my internship responsibilities.

Overall, my experience at Thinkgrid Labs has been incredibly positive and I am grateful for the opportunities for growth and development provided by the team.
